Prevent open in different browsers and tabs

Prevent open in different browsers and tabs

I have mvc 4 application and I need to prevent open it in different
browsers and tabs in real time. For example: I've opened it in Chrome, How
to handle when someone try to open it in new Chrome tab or in FireFox for
example, also it should not have conflicts with refresh page(I mean first
tab)?
Hope this make sense.
Only one tab can be opened for appropriate user.
May be some has already struggled with this.
